Gram Vikas Foundation, Chhatoi is a non-profit, non-political, voluntary organization dedicated to holistic rural development, social justice, and human empowerment. Established on 25th June 2025 under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, Government of Bihar, our Foundation is committed to serving marginalized communities, promoting equality, dignity, and fundamental rights for all. We believe sustainable progress is achieved when rural communities are empowered through education, health, livelihood, technology, and participatory development. Our programs focus on women and child empowerment, skill development, employment opportunities, human rights awareness, and overall rural advancement. We actively seek collaboration with local communities, government agencies, and State & Central Government schemes to implement initiatives that are inclusive, impactful, and sustainable. Our vision is of self-reliant, compassionate, and progressive villages where every individual can thrive with dignity and opportunity. We invite organizations, experts, and citizens to join hands with us in building an equitable and socially responsible society.

It gives me immense pleasure to address you on behalf of Gram Vikas Foundation, Chhatoi. Our organization is founded with a simple yet profound mission: to foster inclusive and sustainable rural development through participatory planning, awareness, capacity building, and technology-driven innovation, uplifting the socio-economic conditions of poor, marginalized, and underprivileged communities of Bihar and beyond, beginning with a pilot project in Village Chhatoi.

At Gram Vikas Foundation, Chhatoi, we firmly believe that true development is only possible when every member of society is empowered and treated with dignity. Our programs focus on critical areas such as women empowerment, child rights, rural development, skill enhancement, and awareness campaigns to educate people about their legal and social rights.
